Suncadia Trailhead Condos

This multi-unit condominium project consists of 32 newly built residences in the heart of Suncadia Resort. Our team was responsible for the complete framing package, including the installation of complex timber features, structural components, and precision detailing to accommodate the resort’s mountain-style architecture. Situated in a challenging mountain climate, this project required advanced construction techniques to ensure durability and structural integrity. The three-story wood-framed buildings feature intricate rooflines, spacious balconies, and high ceilings to enhance the resort-style experience. Heavy timber framing was incorporated to align with the aesthetic and functional needs of the development.
